Job Scope:

• Handle full set of accounts including cash flow, month-end closing and year-end audit activities
• Perform accurate data entry to computerized accounting systems
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Prepare necessary accounting schedules: Fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, loan, hire purchase, etc
• Responsible for ad-hoc invoicing and accounting functions
• Other ad-hoc duties or assignments.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in Accountancy
• Min 2 years of accounts experience
• IT Savvy and knowledge of accounting software required
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and accurate (especially with numbers)
• Immediate or able to commence with short notice
