Job Description
- Position : Accounts Executive
- Location : Ubi-Nearby Ubi MRT
- Working hours : 5 days (Monday -Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm)
- Salary (commensurate on experience) : Up to $4300
- Duration : 6 month contract
- Industry : Property management -Listed Company
- Assist to maintain a full spectrum of financial accounting including processing transactions, reporting & analysis, and administrative matters.
- Process accounting transactions and schedules.
- Prepare monthly and statutory financial statements including financial and variance analysis.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST report.
- Prepare tax computations and schedules.
- Assist in financial audit and handle auditors.
- Liaise with operations, customers, suppliers whenever needed.
- Filing and archiving.
- Any other ad-hoc accounts or administration duties assigned.
- Degree / Polytechnic Diploma / LCCI Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong in internal control review
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
