Accounts Executive (full Sets / Wholesale / Retail Food Trade / Up To $3300)

Job Description
- Singapore Based (Kallang)
- 5 Days Work per Week (8.30am - 6.00pm)
- Minimum 2 years of related full set accounting experience in wholesale and retail food trade would be advantageous.

Accounts
- Data entries for daily receipts and payments(cash/bank)
- Check and Record payments for COD customers
- Issue Credit and Debit notes for Intra and Inter-co transactions
- Issue cheques and payments vouchers
- Posting invoices and input AR/AP/GL/JV to Accpac system.
- Bank and cash reconciliation
- Issue Debtors' statement of accounts before stipulated dateline and follow up with their payments
- Submit monthly aging reports for management.
- Arrange and prepare remittances
- Create new customers and manage debtors' credit limit in Accpac system
- Ensure timely submission of GST.
- Prepare monthly management accounts for review.
- Prepare Audit Schedules.
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Order Office Stationery including cash bills and computer forms
- Singtel/Electricity/Utilities' renewal
- Order Floral wreath for customers as directed by sales.
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
