Our client is one of the largest shipping agent in SIngapore offer shipping and logistics services. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Accounts Executive to be part of their sales team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the CBD Area - easily accessible.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for AP, AR and GL Functions
- Processing of suppliers\' invoices
- Ensure all invoices are verified, approved and recorded for all accounting periods
- Checking of sales invoices generated
- Issue non-operational invoices
- Ensure completeness of sales invoices for all accounting periods.
- Recording of incoming funds and bank cheques and cash received daily.
- Preparation of payments
- Ensure bank ledger is updated
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties when required.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Relevant experience
