Position Statement

The Accounts Executive\'s core responsibilities are audit, processing and timely payment of all hotel payments.

What will you be doing?

As the Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Maintain Contracts, licenses and agreement list, monitor renewal, and reminder to all division or department leaders.
  • Maintain GIRO list, ensure GIRO application made for all government related payments (i.e. license, etc.).
  • Process casual labour payments, ensure casual labour pay-outs are accurate.
  • Maintain CAPEX status list, and compile all relevant documents for upon completion.
  • Coverage of cash exchange and cash banking in the absence of another team member.
  • Monitor and keep track of guest lost and found cash, and liaise with Security on the necessary action thereafter.
  • Supporting the Team on the daily run of the office.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned to ensure that the department functions smoothly.

An Accounts Executive serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
  • Degree/ Diploma and above in Accounting discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Attention to details and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in high volume environment with strict timelines.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese to meet business needs.
  • Possess system skills in Check SCM and SUN.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, etc.
