Job Description
- Position: Accounts Executive
- Location: Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ)
- Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) - WFH (confirmed staff)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + Performance Bonus + Career Progression
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Ship Management
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Responsible for the vessel accounts (approximately 5-7 vessels)
- Process Purchase Invoices in system and generate monthly Sales Invoices
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- Diploma in Accounting or Business Studies with 2 years of accounting experience
- Well verse with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP system is an advantage.
