Job Scope:
- Ensure all payment from different payment channels are reconciled with bank statement and with customer\'s balance.
- Make sure customer\'s payment is updated correctly.
- Ensure all recurring payment (Giro & CC) are run on time for deduction from customer bank account & CC.
- Ensure payment received in bank statement via fund transfer, manual PayNow and cheques are created and properly reconciled.
- Send reminder letters/ Email /SMS.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm
- Able to start work immediately.
- To & fro company transport provided at Sembawang, Yishun, Ang Mo Kio and Bishan MRT.
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business or related field.
- Prior accounting experience is an advantage.
