Job Posting: Account Executive Company: Leading Immigration Firm Location: Bugis, Singapore Position: Account Executive Salary Range: SGD 2,500 - SGD 3,500 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Benefits: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) Medical Allowance Educational Requirements: Minimum qualification: Diploma : We are looking for a proficient Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting and financial tasks to support our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the closing of accounts, preparation of management accounts, and financial statements for client entities.
• Generate accounting reports and schedules for audit purposes.
• Handle GST return preparation, ensuring correct GST treatment for client transactions.
• Prepare simplified/full XBRL and tax returns for client entities.
• Act as a point of contact for tax-related issues/queries for both personal and Corporate Income Tax.
• Manage tax compliance, computations for individual and Corporate Tax.
• Conduct monthly CPF submissions and handle CorpPass related issues for client entities.
• Maintain strong client engagement, providing prompt responses and keeping clients informed about service progress.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Skills Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for dealing with Mandarin-Speaking counterparts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Relevant experience is advantageous, but not mandatory as training will be provided.
