Weekly/Monthly cash flow management reporting, intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Assist with year-end statutory audit and preparation of audited reports
Responsible for GST submission
Knowledge of IR8A & IR21 submission
Prepare and submit statistic returns to relevant government bodies
Liaise with banks and authorities
Liaise with company secretary, external auditor and tax agent
Review financial reports submitted by branch office
Submission of claims for Government Grants
Assist with ad-hoc projects as and when required
Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accountancy or its equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts
Possess an analytical mind and good in problem solving
Meticulous & responsible individual with a positive working attitude
A strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Familiar with Navision system & experience in accounting system migration will be an added advantage
Able to start work immediately or within short notice period
