Our Client:
Client is a well-established operator of offshore support vessels ("OSVs"). They have answered the needs of the global energy industry through well-implemented integrated offshore marine solutions with a progressive yet pragmatic vision, and a team of highly motivated industry experts working in close collaboration with every customer. They are actively looking to hire an Accounts Executive to join their company which core focus is delivering operational and service excellence.
The Responsibilities:

• Support the Accounts department in managing day-to-day operation
• Review and process staff's claims
• Preparation of accounts receivable and aging report
• Liaise with internal and external clients relating to accounts and finance matters such as Invoices, billings, outstanding credit/debit notes, deductions, etc.
• GST submission for six entities
• Preparation of full set accounts, reporting packages and financial statements
• Assist in preparation of group consolidation - includes updating schedules and console workings
• Perform intercompany balances reconciliations
• Liaise with External Auditors and Tax Agents in preparation of Audit & Tax Schedules and attend to queries/requirements
• Liaise with auditors for year-end audit
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

The Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy/CAT/LCCI/ACCA
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in accounting
• Able to work in fast & dynamic environment
• Proactive, independent, with initiative, and well-organized
• Candidates with experience in in handling full set of accounts will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel applications
• Knowledge of ERP system is preferred
