Job Description
*Our client is a Well-known Japan MNC in Singapore.
*Working Location: West - Jurong East
*Account Payable (AP) and/or Full Set experience is welcome to apply.
*Working Hour: Mon- Fri - 8.15am - 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- In charge of local invoices exclude subcon, carrier & inter-branch/inter-co.
- Posting of ad hoc invoice for payment.
- Posting for auto Giro payment (Local supplier invoices)
- Checking & review Tender board invoices before posting to SAP.
- To pay behalf on billing of payment on behalf for inter-co expenses.
- Inter-co billing for management fees, etc.
- Support internal & external audit.
- Follow-up inquiry & disputes.
- Perform Vendors\' statement reconciliation.
- Proper documentation & supporting documents & filing.
- Ensure timely & accurate AP month-end closing.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy & consistency of works done.
- Ad hoc assignment.
- Diploma in Accountancy
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experiences in accounting on AP (preferred) & keeping full set of accounts.
- Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding & Logistics company is preferred.
- IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word) & SAP accounting system.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Independent, meticulous and good team player.
- Multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
