• Responsible for AP invoice processing and AP payment for different Koch related entities.
• Responsible for AR invoice billing.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements, including automation of daily processes.
• Perform back up activities for team members.
• Participate in automation project which involve developing new process using automation tool such as Power Automate, Power Query, Alteryx, perform testing and troubleshooting, create process documentation for the automation program.
• Maintenance of existing automation program.
• Citibank Corporate Card Application Review.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Understanding of accounts payable principles and invoice processing procedures.
• Experience in driving process efficiencies and effectiveness
• IT savvy and well-versed in Microsoft office applications
• Effective team player with good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work autonomously
