Key Responsibilities:

Project Related Tasks:

• Monthly Reports: Dive into financial data with enthusiasm, crafting insightful reports, including GST Reports, Revenue and Billing analyses, Statement of Account (SOA) Data reports, eInvoice Listings, GIRO Listings, Exception Reports, and meticulous Bank Reconciliations.
• Accounts Receivables: Put your financial prowess to work by validating incoming payments, updating payment methods, managing credit card deductions, and skillfully creating Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and Suspensions.
• Other Financial Endeavors: Proactively send friendly payment reminders via email, provide prompt responses to user and SAL emails, skillfully prepare GIRO forms, and deftly manage GIRO Batch Files, ensuring seamless uploads and downloads.

APAC/Group Billing Related Tasks:

• Billing and Accounts Receivables: Take charge of billing processes by issuing non-NBS invoices, handling CN (CLPL), and tackling ad hoc NBS CN with precision. Apply incoming payments like a pro for CLPL.
• Additional Contributions: Show your finesse in financial management with adept Bank Reconciliations for CLPL/Gets.

Requirements:

• Accountancy Expertise: A solid foundation in accountancy, including a professional qualification (minimum ACCA level 2 completed), will be your gateway to excel in this role.
• Commercial Savvy: You\'ll need a minimum of 2 years of commercial experience under your belt, ideally with experience handling full sets of accounts. Your prior experience will be your guiding light in this position.
• Tech-Savvy: Embrace the digital world with proficiency in systems and applications, including a strong command of MS Office. If you\'ve had the pleasure of working with SAP B1, that\'s a definite plus and will set you apart.
