Job Description
- Position : Accounts Executive (Full sets)
- Location : Ubi
- Working hours : 5 days (Monday -Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm)
- Salary : Up to $4200 (Depend on experience) + AWS + VB + Dental/Optical (Cap at $400)
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Property management -Dormitory | Listed Company
- Raise billings
- Review and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
- Verify details and input vendor invoices
- Process all types of payments and perform petty cash checking
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Raise journals and prepare audit schedules
- Prepare monthly and statutory financial statements including financial & variance analysis
- Prepare quarterly investor report and statements
- Assist in preparation of budget reports
- Prepare quarterly GST report
- Liaise with auditor, tax agents and bankers
- Filing and archiving
- Any other accounts, fund and administrative support
- Preferably 2 years of financial accounting experience and/or audit experience and/or fund accounting experience.
- Candidate without experience are welcome as training will be provided
- Strong in internal control review
- Degree / Polytechnic Diploma / LCCI Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications only
