Main Responsibilities
Handle full sets of accounts for 4-5 entities Provide support and handle GST related matters Timely processing of supplier invoices, payments and work together with various suppliers on vendor statement reconciliation Prepare daily accounting transactions and activities Maintain proper and systematic filing and documentation Able to meet all reporting deadlines and assist in daily finance operations. Assist in monthly closing activities; preparation and recording of journal entries and ensure compliance with policies and procedures when processing invoices and payments. Any ad-hoc jobs will be assigned accordingly.
Job Requirements
Minimum LCCI or Diploma in business/accountancy or equivalents At least 3 years related working experience handling full set accounts Ability to work under minimum supervision and dependable in meeting tight deadlines Attentive to detail and accuracy and a "can do" attitude. Able to multi-task under pressure Meticulous and possess initiative
