Job Description

2 Hirings, 1 Full sets, 1 AR focused.Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile receipt from customers.
• Verify and post AR Invoices
• Bank reconciliation on receipting
• Fully responsible for all AR matters which includes but not limited to billing for inter-company recoverable, following up on outstanding receivables and monthly financial close.
• To provide ageing report and commentary to management and highlight for potential debts Risk as schedule.
• Setting up the terms and credit for new clients.
• Prepare accounting schedules and assist accountant in period end closing activities.
• Responsible for foreign branch transactions
• Create vendor master records
• Support IT-related and Finance automation projects
• Any ad-hoc assignment within Finance Department

Requirements: -

• Minimum diploma in accounting or finance.
• Preferably at least 3 years accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Words, Excel.
• Responsible, Meticulous and detail oriented
