Accounts Executive (one Year Contract)

Job Description
:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting functions, including accounts payable, expense analysis, and reporting. If you have a strong background in accounting and are proficient in financial processes, we invite you to apply for this role.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- AP functions Process AP invoices, payments and month end related journals, payroll journals & provision for bonus
- E-claims, travelling & entertainment claim, petty cash claim and month end related journals
- Inter-companies recharge billing: payroll and reimbursements
- Quarterly GST reporting
- Balance sheet and audit schedules
- Expenses analysis and commentaries
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Handling of partial or full sets of accounts
- Knowledge of GST and local tax regulations preferred
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- ACCA qualifications (partial)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 6pm
Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)
Location: Singapore (Central Area Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Little India MRT/Rochor MRT)
