Job Description

• Responsible for the monthly closing and reporting, including but not limited:

- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and analysis (including bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation)

- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules

- Assisting with month-end, quarterly and year-end closing procedures

- Providing general administrative support to the finance department as needed

• Income Tax/ Goods & Service Tax (GST) Submission

- To assist in preparing quarterly GST returns, ECI and Tax computation

• Ad-hoc assignments/ tasks

- Assist in year-end audit

- Perform other duties, ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in finance & accounting
• Team player, good interpersonal skills, keen to learn and posses positive attitude
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
