Key accountabilities

• Perform basic bookkeeping duties including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and General Ledger, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations \xe2\x80\xa2 Process payments and ensure the compliance to Company policy for matters such as purchase requisition, verification of supplier invoice, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in preparation of monthly reports for management review \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in handling auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, and banker \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties assigned as and when it required

Skills & experience

• Min Diploma in Accounting / Finance \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in using MS Excel - Knowledge in SAP preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Action oriented, task focused and meticulous \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to be hands on \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and communication skills
