Experience

• Accounts Payable: 3 years
  

Qualifications

• Diploma, ACCA L2 or Bachelor Degree in Accountings
  

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable for Singapore HQ

• Responsible to verify and ensure accurately entry of the Accounts Payable transactions by overseas\xe2\x80\x99 offices

• Handle HQ payments to vendor in multi-currencies

• Undertake daily and month-end HQ accounting reports

• Monthly preparation of HQ Bank Reconciliation, Cash flow Forecast and Quarterly GST

• Rectify HQ and Overseas\xe2\x80\x99 offices related accounts matters (if any)

• Confirm the accuracy of month-end reports submitted by overseas\xe2\x80\x99 offices

• Provide assistance in year-end HQ closing and audits
  

Requirements

• Good Organization Skill & Communication

• Quick Learner, Independently & Meticulous

• Preferably able to converse in Mandarin as require to communicate with Taiwan\xe2\x80\x99s office

• Willingness to Travel Overseas (Light Travelling)
