Accounts Executive(AP) JT8 [CS|FA]Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of duties mainly focus on Accounts Payable (AP) including Regional Transactions - SEA region (TH, MY, VN)
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR) duties like generate finance-related invoice and credit note, incoming payments, credit management and AR reporting to Finance Manager.
• Handling inventory duties like stock adjustment, annual stock take documentation and other inventory-related tasks given.
• Preparation & submission of Quarterly GST Returns. Able to handle all tax issues, including withholding tax & MES.
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end and year-end closing reporting to Finance Manager.
• Responsible for the full spectrum of duties on Staff Claim from reviewing and processing to conduct training sessions for employee on staff claim procedures and policies.
• Support Finance Team members with various tasks as assigned.
• Knowledge in SAP
• Relevant Studies in Accounting or equivalent
• Good knowledge in IFRS and taxation will be plus point
