Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL)
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monthly schedules
- Prepare monthly forecast and monitor cash flow
- Prepare quarterly GST returns
- Prepare statutory financial statements for investment holding entities
- Check computation of property tax and corporate income tax
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, trustee and external service providers
- Handle ad-hoc projects when assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Responsible and willing to put in effort to meet reporting timelines
- Meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Sage Accpac / Cognos system is an added advantage
- Experience with system implementation is an added advantage
