Our client is a corporate secretarial and accounting firm, offering accounts, tax and corporate services to companies in Singapore. Due to expansion, it is now seeking talents who share the same vision and culture to join. Key responsibilities:

• Fulfilling executive-level accounting and/or tax duties within the accounts department
• Assist Accountant in fulfilling various clients\' service obligations as per contract
• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
• Processing transactions, issuing checks, budgets, etc.
• Preparing financial reports

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in related field with work experience
• Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with basic Accounting principles
• Proficiency in Bank Reconciliation
• Professional manner and strong ethical code
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
• Proficiency in MS Excel
