Our client is a mid-sized local accounting firm, offering accounts, tax and corporate services to companies (SME/MNC) in Singapore. Due to expansion, it is now seeking an Accounts Executive to support their rapidly growing business.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients.
- Communicate with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- To process operational transactions and provide professional advice to client
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports
- To prepare annual financial projections and budget
- Other accounting related duties as assigned
- Min Diploma/NITEC in Accountancy in related field with work experience
- Experience in similar industry (i.e. accounting firm) is preferred
- Prior experience in handling full sets of accounts
- Proficient in MS Office and XERO accounting software
- Singaporeans only
- Near Paya ?Lebar MRT
