Be able to handle accounts and general admin duties and work independently
Be able to maintain proper document records and filing
Capable of handling daily accounting entries-AP, AR, GL Bank reconciliation, generate payments run and vendors reconciliation of purchase orders, invoices, project costing, create an expense report, etc
Support the General Manager in budgeting and forecasting
Process reimbursement claims
Maintain employee medical claims records and annual leave
Attend to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Preparation and submission of GST, Tax clearance, and others
Support auditing
Ability to follow SOP and meet deadline
Deliver on-set objectives and KPIs on time
Participating in system implementation and enhancements
Company will access according to your capability to adjust your job description
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity or position
An advantage to have experience in maintaining full set of accounts using MS Excel
Good interpersonal skills and possess good initiative
Meticulous, with an eye for details
Able to work independentlyHigh degree of accuracy, analytical and meticulous
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet multiple deadlines
Independent as well as a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
