Job Description


(Recruiter)

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP & GL.
  • Maintain and update bank accounts and accounting entries.
  • Plan and prepare cheque payments including TT forms.
  • Handle payroll related issues like employees’ claim, leave, CPF contribution submission.
  • Update daily cashflow timely and planning for payment forecast.
  • Prepare monthly journals and bank reconciliation.
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned.
  • To cover urgent duties for colleagues during their absence.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years experience in handling full sets of accounts and payroll
  • Candidate should be a fast learner, reliable, detailed and possess good working
attitude
