Job Description

- Manage and maintain clients' accounting and tax matters
- Provide booking-keeping services to a portfolio of clients
- Prepare ad e-submissions of GST forms
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual financial and managing report
- Assisting on Corporate Secretary matters
- Preparation of booking-keeping and submission of Japanese Income Tax Returns (Training will be provided)
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Candidate must process at least Degree in Accountancy or any related study
- Minimum 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience or fresh graduates in the related field is required
- Understanding of accounting knowledge and willing to learn
- Able to understand and speak Japanese due to the need to process Japanese documents (Preferred)
- Friendly and approachable for client-facing role
- Highly motivated, independent and hardworking individual who can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Applicants able to start work immediately (Preferred)
