This is a full time position attached to a SME providing accounting and auditing services. Location: CBD area
JOB TITLE
Accounts Executive
Job Duties:
Prepare and maintain full set of accounts for a portfolio of clients
Prepare GST returns
Prepare management and financial reports
Prepare payroll for clients
Prepare compilation reports for clients
Liaise with clients, auditors and regulatory authorities
Other accounting related duties
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/LCCl Graduate
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero or QuickBooks) is an advantage
2 years (3 to 4 years for senior position) of relevant work experience is preferred
Able to multi-task and meticulous
Hard working with positive work attitude and able to work as a team or individually
Have strong initiative and able to meet deadlines
