About The JobThe Accounts Executive will support Red Shield Industries, Singapore and Red Shield Industries, Malaysia to carry out the responsibilities of the department. Reporting to the Accountant, he/she will assist in the finance operations, ensuring smooth centre operations in accordance to The Salvation Army policies and guidelines.Key Responsibilities Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) function including preparing purchase requisitions for procurement Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) function including invoicing, collection and monitoring debts recovery Prepare schedules for AR & AP and ensure that all documents and schedules are properly maintained Respond to all AP & AR inquiries and resolves issues Perform other ad-hoc duties assignedJob Requirements/CompetenciesDiploma in Accountancy3 year of relevant AP/AR experience in mid-sized organisationKnowledge of Oracle ERP system will be an advantageTechnically competent with strong analytical & problem solving skillsGood numerical and communication skillsAble to work independently with mininum supervisionWorking HoursMonday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pmWork LocationThe Salvation Army- Red Shield Industries356 Tanglin Road Singapore 247674To expedite our selection process, please apply directly through our career portal link: [ Link removed ]
