Minimum 2 years' experience in handling full sets of Accounts and all accounting related. Resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, meticulous and proficient in MS office especially in MS Excel, (Vlookup and Pivot) is an advantage. Possess good working attitude and have strong sense of responsibility. Ability to meet tight schedules and timelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Handle full spectrum of AR function, including credit control. Perform sales and costs matching for invoice billed. Assist in preparation of GST submission. To monitor proper cash collection management. Verifying the accuracy of invoices before making monthly payments. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing business transactions. Assist with audits and monthly reports. Maintain proper filling of documents.
