Job Description
Our client is a rapidly growing Accounting Firm. They are currently looking for a Accounts Executive to support their business. This position is a client facing role and will report to the Managing Director.Job description:
- Responsible for managing existing clients and onboarding of new clients.
- Point of contact for the company's main clients and work closely with the delivery/bookkeeping team in ensuring timely submission of work.
- Collection of documents and materials from clients for month end/ year end closing, tax submission etc.
- Resolve client issues and problems, by providing the appropriate accounting and solutions to them.
- Diploma/Nitec in Accounting preferred
- Knowledge of accounting principles and full sets of accounts
- Ability to work independently but as a team when required
- People centric with strong verbal and written skills
- Singaporean only
- Near Paya Lebar MRT
