Responsibilities: . Assist in day-to-day financial control, accounting and reporting functions in compliance with approved accounting regulations, standards andpractices. . Liaise with auditors. . Any other duties that may be assigned Requirements: . Degree in Accountancy or equivalent . Min 3 years experience in handling full set of accounts . Must have at least 3 years' experience in construction/real estate industry . Self motivated, results oriented and multi-task . Familiar with Accpac Accounting software preferred . Meticulous with a flair for figures, independent & organized, team player, with initiative & resourceful
