Nature of Work * Work Location: Jurong East (5 min walking distance from MRT station) * 5 days work week * Handle full sets of accounts AR, AP, GST F5 submission and tax comp Nature of Work Work Location: Jurong East (5 min walking distance from MRT station) 5 days work week Handle full sets of accounts AR, AP, GST F5 submission and tax computation Perform monthly closing reports, bank reconciliation, schedules and variance analysis as well as yearly financial statements Manage debtors' control to ensure timely collection of trade receivables Liaise with Sales department with regard to invoicing and collection matters Handle accounts payable functions Review payments to suppliers (local and overseas) Perform checking to ensure staff claims & expenses valid and accurate Record expenses into Navision system Payment processing to vendors and inter-companies, and check to relevant supporting documents. Liaise with auditor for yearly statutory audit and periodic internal audit Ensure compliance of financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), company policies and other regulations Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA Level 2 At least 1 year of relevant work experience in full set of accounts for an organisation in Singapore is required for this position Audit experience is a distinct advantage Hands-on experience in Navision would also be advantageous Meticulous and able to work effectively under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Notice We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
