We are looking for a keen individual who is passionate about joining the healthcare/life sciences industry as an Accounts Executive. Description Responsible for AR function including but not limited to invoicing and collections. Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts - customer calls, account adjustments, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos. Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts. Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Finance team. Must communicate & follow up effectively with customer and sales team regarding delinquent customer accounts on a timely basis. Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers, Service and Sales team. Post customer payments in SAP in a timely manner. Update receivables aging and ensure that customer outstanding balance is within its credit term and limit. Assists in year-end audit process. Any other duties as assigned. Requirements Candidate should have or be able to Professional certificate, Graduate diploma Handle finance Accounts Receivable transactions Knowledge in SAP, proficient in MS Excel Knowledge in uploading of invoices to customer invoice portals Good interpersonal and communication skills Independent, self-motivated and result-oriented Good command of English Can do overtime when necessary, particularly at month-end and year-end audit season
