Ltd. is a Shared Services Company providing support services to a rapidly growing Group of Companies in multiple industries comprising concert/live shows management and promotions, F&B, hospitality, and real estate management. Gaia Lifestyle Holdings Pte. Ltd. regularly measures and improves process quality, examines, and applies best industry practices, identifies new and advanced technological implementations as well as trains and develops our employees to keep them relevant. The primary role of the Accounts Executive will be providing support mainly on the F&B and/or hotel operations to the Assistant Accountant and any other persons or companies assigned, in a professional and timely manner. This individual will need to assist with other industries such as Entertainment, Shared Services Company and must be flexible in terms of job scope and work hours to meet the demands of our fast-paced and dynamic organization. This individual possesses communication, people management, meticulous, and a good team player. Responsibilities: - Full spectrum in AP & AR matters for multiple companies. - Daily updates of transactions and data entry into accounting system. - Ensure accuracy on accounting records and schedules. - Liaise with internal and external parties - Assist accountant for some finance administrative works (eg. Bank documents, corporate secretarial documents and etc) - Handles ad hoc assignments as and when required. Requirements: . Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent . With minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience in F&B and/or hospitality industries . Self-discipline, detailed, attentive, willing to learn and able to work independently with minimum supervision
