About Us: Heritage Collection is a boutique hospitality group based in Singapore with a global footprint (properties in Singapore and New York). We have experienced tremendous growth since 2011 and we currently manage a portfolio exceeding 25 properties across Singapore and New York (hericoll.com). We specialize in blending historic architecture with modern luxuries so that our guests experience the heritage of the city. Passion drives what we do here at Heritage Collection and what we are most passionate about is helping our guests discover a sense of place in the city they are visiting. : We are currently looking for a self-motivated and ethical individual with a passion for finance, to take on the role of an Accountant. Key responsibilities:

• You will first learn to prepare full set of accounts including variance analysis and cashflow for month end and year end closing.
• Prepare Budget and Forecast for quarter closing
• Prepare timely payments to suppliers and ensure invoices are duly authorised in accordance to company policies
• Perform other financial operations such as petty cash management, bank reconciliation, checking of expense claims
• Work closely with other functions (Project Team) to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with the relevant accounting standards
• Liaise with tax agents and regulatory agents to ensure full compliance with the respective laws and regulations
• Other Ad-Hoc analysis/reporting

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA Level 3 or equivalent
• Prior exposure to Xero is an added advantage
• Candidate with short notice period or immediate availability would have an advantage
