Job Description


  • Responsible for administrative workflow and proper documentation of work operation.
  • Prepare invoices to accompany insurance policies to be sent to clients.
  • Generate and send monthly SOA to clients and business partners and ensure on-time collection of payments.
  • Handle complete sets of accounts using QuickBooks Online software.
  • Prepare monthly and bi-annual financial reports for management & board meeting.
  • Handle admin functions such as payroll, staff claims and payments to insurers & suppliers.
  • Being familiar with government portals such as IRAS, CPF, and CorpPass will be a plus point.
  • Regularly update and file documents digitally, in hard copies, and other internal files.
  • Assist and attend to email/phone call enquiries.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or LCCI in Accountancy
  • Possessed at least 2 years of experience in the insurance/accounting industry
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks
  • Highly organised team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Only Singaporeans may apply
