Job Responsibilities

  • Handle partial accounts (AP, bank reconciliation & schedules)
  • Verify Supplier invoices and ensure all payments are supported with relevant docs
  • Prepare payment vouchers & arrange telegraphic transfer
  • Arrange Motor vehicle insurance & road tax payment for renewal
  • Prepare import loan application & TR, update facilities report and arrange cargo insurance
  • Liaise with Auditor on audit queries
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy with minimum 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Meticulous and well-organized with an eye for details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
  • Good interpersonal and effective communication skills (spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking parties such as overseas partners/vendors
