Job Description

• 
  Our client is a leading company in energy and infrastructure and is looking to recruit a Junior Accountant to mainly handle Accounts Payable duties and other accounting-related responsibilities.
  
  \xe3\x80\x90 What you will be doing \xe3\x80\x91
  
  • Data entries to accounting software according to the supporting documents
  • Prepared Monthly Journals, schedules, and bank reconciliation
  • Assist to extract information for GST submission based on knowledge of GST
  • Assist with Accounts Payable, ensure proper authorization, payment details, and necessary documents are submitted
  • Prepare and record various expenses transactions and raise payment vouchers
  • Checking reimbursement form and business trip expenses, ensure all the business trip and expense is approved
  • Assist to check documents submitted are in compliance with internal control procedures and processes are in line with company policy
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by management

  Requirement

  • Diploma in Accounting & Finance related
  • Candidate should possess at least 2 years experience in an accounting role, preferably handling Account Payable
  • Experience in using the SAP HANA accounting system is preferred
  • Possess good communication in both oral and written
  • Proficient in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel is desired

  9:00 ~ 18:00
