About Kaiser Pharmaceutical (Singapore) Private Limited (\xe2\x80\x9c KPS \xe2\x80\x9d)

KPS is the Singapore exclusive distributor of Kaiser Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Taiwan (\xe2\x80\x9cKP\xe2\x80\x9d) products. In 1996, KPS started as a new entrant in Singapore supplying Traditional Chinese Medicine (\xe2\x80\x9cTCM\xe2\x80\x9d) in herbal granules. Since then we have grown to become one of the key suppliers of the TCM industry in Singapore.

With the support of our parent company KP in Taiwan, KPS aims to promote the use of TCM by distributing the safest and highest quality products. KPS products include Chinese herbal powders, pill, tablets, medicated plasters, teas and creams.

As a testament to the quality and service we provide to our customers, KPS products are proudly carried by most Chinese physician clinics and Medical Halls in Singapore.

Accounts Executive

1) Perform general accounting functions a. Prepare invoices, delivery orders and credit notes b. AR/AP c. Inventory management d. Bank reconciliation e. Stock take f. Accounts reconciliation

2) Liaise with Suppliers and Customers

3) Chinese Propriety Medicine (CPM) application in website of Health Science Authority
(H.S.A) \xe2\x80\x93 PRISM, prepare requirement documentation to H.S.A when import of CPM
product a. Maintain records of CPM applications

4) Handling incoming and outgoing calls, correspondence, faxing, scanning, filing

5) Any other ad-hoc jobs assign by manager, support activities of sales and office
manager

Requirements 1) Honesty and Integrity 2) Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Products are in Chinese) 3) Prior experience in accounts executive roles

Remuneration 1) Base salary S$2,500 per month 2) Performance bonus at end of year
