Post adjusting and recurring journal entries, eg. opening inventory or closing inventory, loan interest, clearing contra accounts etc 2. Update Fixed Assets Register, Prepayment, Deposit, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Schedules 3. Prepare input and output tax schedules using GST reports and do final tax reconciliation before performing quarterly GST submission for 2 Companies 4. Liaise with auditor regarding the accounting issues during audit period 5. File and Check completeness of documents in GL and bank transactions 6. Submission of Statistic Report to Statistic of Singapore 7. Invoicing for Companies 8. Run closing stock report and monitor inventory by investigating discrepancy to ensure accuracy of accounting records 9. Manage paypal, NETS and other receipts transactions 10. Clear, update, and monitor AR ageing status 11. Assist with Intercompany reconciliation of the balances 12. Handle Suppliers\' emails regarding the accounting matters 13. Receive, sort & review the Supliers\' invoices and credit notes 14. Post accounting entries for Purchase on invoices and credit note received 15. Update status of AP, eg. put on hold, record issues, request for Purchase Invoice, Purchase Order, and Delivery Note, other supporting documents to verify the accuracy of the payment details. 16. Post and update miscellaneous purchase order for non-trade 17. Process rental and utilities and other expenses by issuing payment vouchers 18. Consolidate issues and AP status to Group Accounting Manager 19. Oversees payment reconciliation to the Suppliers, eg. match, review and check with invoices to ensure accuracy. 20. Sort, file, AP document for audit purpose 21. Maintain petty cash and disburse for claims, e.g. taxi etc, and process staff claim by issuing payment vouchers 22. Update cash outflows for all bank accounts 23. Liaise with Operations team on AP issues on quantity stock variance between stock record system, and accounting system. 24. Perform other related work as required.
