Job Description

United Heat and Power Pte Ltd is a fast-growing company, and part of a group of companies with operations in 10 countries ( www.technicalgroup.com ). We are looking for a suitable candidate with the right attitude to work, learn and grow together with the company.

• Data entry in QuickBooks accounting system (purchases, sales, payments, receipts, general journal, etc).
• Receives Purchase orders, assign sales order numbers and project numbers (if applicable), creates two sales order sales (for projects), one for finance department and one for purchasing/engineering copy.
• Issue sales invoices to customers based on the payment terms of the PO from customers.
• Computation of time sheets and issue invoices to customers based on service agreements.
• Prepares payments to suppliers (AP).
• Assists Finance Manager on document preparation & submission of quarterly GST & monthly CPF and assists in payroll processing.
• Maintains filing system.
• Processing payroll using payroll software.
• Assists finance manager in all other tasks in the finance department.
• Experience in Consolidated financial statements is an added advantage.
