Accounting
- Reconciliation from POS sales and accounting posting
- Reconciliation credit cards transactions
- Reconciliation payment collection transactions
- Process sales invoicing
- Processing and reconciling invoices and statement of accounts
- Scheduling and process payments
- Assist to month-end closing
- Preparation of journal vouchers - adjustments and reclassifications
- Maintain schedules - e.g.: prepayment, accruals, inventory, intercompany reconciliation
- GST reconciliations
- Assisting to set up of accounts for in-house software
- Assist to audit related
- Follow up with internal approval on attendance log
