Responsible for AR function including but not limited to invoicing and collections.
Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts - customer calls, account adjustments, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
Must communicate & follow up effectively with customer and sales team regarding delinquent customer accounts on a timely basis.
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers, Service and Sales team.
Post customer payments in SAP in a timely manner.
Update receivables aging and ensure that customer outstanding balance is within its credit term and limit.
Assists in year-end audit process.
Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Finance team.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Professional certificate, Graduate diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
With at least 3 years of relevant experience; prior experience working in the MNC environment is an advantage
Proficient in handling Accounts Receivable transactions
Knowledge in SAP, proficient in MS Excel
Knowledge in uploading of invoices to customer invoice portals
Hands-on, self-motivated, meticulous and committed personality and able to work independently & to meet tight deadlines
Good communication skills in English
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Can do overtime when necessary, particularly at month-end and year-end audit season
Candidate must be willing to travel to Pandan Loop for work.
