We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an Accounts Executive. The successful candidate will manage and organize company accounts, efficiently handle the company\'s payroll, and assist with invoice issuance and follow-ups. A significant responsibility includes frequently communicating with clients and candidates. Proficiency with XERO accounting software and a strong understanding of Singapore\'s GST system would be a plus.

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Or (10AM - 7PM)
• Salary: Basic + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize company accounts including GL, AP and AR functions.
• Handle the company\'s payroll.
• Manage the company\'s main line, ensuring effective communication with clients and potential candidates.
• Develop and educate the team on Singapore\'s GST system.
• Use XERO accounting software for all accounting tasks.
• Issue and follow up on invoices to maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Singapore\'s GST system.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Work Schedule: Flexible work hours are available, either from 9am to 6pm or from 10am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
