Job Description

:

Key Roles and Responsibilities: * AP functions \xe2\x80\x93 Process AP invoices, payments and month end related journals, payroll journals & provision for bonus

• E-claims, travelling & entertainment claim, petty cash claim and month end related journals
• Inter-companies recharge billing: payroll and reimbursements
• Quarterly GST reporting
• Balance sheet and audit schedules
• Expenses analysis and commentaries

Requirements: * At least 2 years relevant working experience

• Handling of partial or full sets of accounts
• Knowledge of GST and local tax regulations preferred

Qualifications: * Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

• ACCA qualifications (partial)

Other Information:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm

Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)

Location: Singapore (Central Area \xe2\x80\x93 Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Little India MRT/Rochor MRT)
