About the Company

As a business unit of ZF Friedrichshafen AG, with headquarters in Germany, we offer our business partners an extensive product and service range of drive train and chassis technology in original equipment manufacturing (OEM) quality. Currently, we are seeking suitably qualified individual to join our regional headquarters in Singapore to prepare for the challenges of the future.

What you can look forward as Accounts Executive:

• Liaise with internal stakeholder for approval of invoices
• Check, verify and process invoices, expenses claims & reimbursements
• Verification and monitor FA addition and disposal/written off process
• NPM purchasing invoices and other non-trade invoices
• Monthly expense report to other departments
• Prepare quarterly GST
• ICS controls (Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets)
• Working closely with GSSO to ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Your profile as Accounts Executive:

• Accounting or business related diploma or other relevant professional qualification (e.g. CAT or advance LCCI)
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Communicate effectively at all levels and across AP regions
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, experience in Dynamic Navision is highly recommended
• Keep attention to detail
• Good team player, resourceful, strong sense of responsibility
• Adaptability and positive response to changes
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Working Location: West Singapore
