FULL SET ACCOUNTS

  • Handle full set of accounts and be responsible for the financial reporting of several entities
  • Compile and analyse financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures and all financial reporting deadlines are met
  • Prepare financial management reports
  • Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
  • Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data
  • Prepare & Submission of GST & CPF
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Handle intercompany-billing and settlements.
  • Secures financial information by completing database backups.
  • Performs Full Set HR duties
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information and HR confidential.
  • Competency in MYOB / Xero
Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma in accountancy or equivalent
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles
  • Knowledge and experience of accounting computer applications
  • Strong communication skills and good teamwork
  • Pay commensurate with experience
