Job Description


Responsibilities:
  • Handle full sets of accounts ( AR , AP, GL )
  • Responsible for accounts receivables or accounts payables related processes.
  • Posts customer payments by recording cheque transactions for processing receipts.
  • Generate and send out monthly SOA to customers.
  • Follow up and maintain AR reports twice monthly.
  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email.
  • Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
  • Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, sales coordinator departments and from customers.
  • Process monthly staff claims.
  • General administrative duties such as data entry, filing and sorting of documents.
  • Perform financial audit with Auditors.
  • Ad hoc accounting and administration duties.
  • Take initiative and work independently with good working attitude.
Requirements :
  • Contact with Chinese associates
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel
  • Relevant experience will be preferred
  • Experience in using MYOB will be advantageous
  • Motivated, independent and possesses initiative
