Job Position: Accounts Executive
(Fresh Graduate are welcomed)
(Working days: 5 day per week/ 9.00 am to 6.00 pm)
Company Background: Accounting Service Firm
- Handle full set of accounts including cash flow, month-end closing, and year-end audit activities
- Perform accurate data entry to computerized accounting systems.
- Prepare a full set of accounts and bank reconciliation
- Prepare necessary accounting schedules: Fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, loan, hire purchase, etc
- Responsible for ad-hoc invoicing and accounting functions
- Other Ad-hoc duties or assignments.
- Financial accounting qualifications and experience are a must.
- Meticulous & Accurate in his/her work primarily with numbers.
- IT Savvy and knowledge of accounting software are preferred.
- Open-minded and independent individuals preferred
- Can work independently with minimum supervision
- fresh graduated that has zero or at most 1-2 years working experience.
- Candidate must able to communicate in English and Chinese to cater to English and Chinese market
